Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Mix concrete, lay foundations, and assist with framing structures
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Assist skilled tradesmen with specialized tasks as needed
- Complete daily time logs and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
