Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor
Qualifications
- No formal education required, high school diploma preferred
- Previous experience in construction or labor work is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
