Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout, prep work, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Complete daily timesheets for immediate compensation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge preferred
