Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing and preparing construction sites for work.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including digging, carrying, and cleaning work areas.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Basic English skills for understanding instructions and safety briefings.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to work hard and take direction.
- Safety Mindset: Comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
