Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately count construction materials, tools, and supplies.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with on-site tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, concrete pouring, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions, including heat and rain.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks for 8+ hours a day.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work at various heights.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is highly desired.
