Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup, debris removal, and trenching.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on the job site.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
- Work collaboratively with foremen, carpenters, and electricians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
