Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, and finishing.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all project blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Ensure all work areas are secure and hazard-free before leaving.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
