Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and heavy equipment safely.
- Unload and stack building materials at job sites efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and protocols.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
