Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Perform site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and setting up work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical labor required on-site.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in both Miami, FL and surrounding Georgia areas.
