Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine layout.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system safety and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Ensure all work adheres to local and state electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality electrical services on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License in Nevada.
- High school diploma or GED; completion of an electrical apprenticeship is preferred.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during part-time shifts.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and handle heavy materials.
