Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment safely.
- Tool Support: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment for everyone.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site by disposing of waste and organizing tools after daily operations.
- Assistance: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods outdoors.
- Experience: No prior construction experience required; we train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or early mornings as required.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
