Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
