- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting.
- Support skilled tradespeople with specific project requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- No prior experience necessary; training provided.
