Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform light demolition and debris removal duties
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
