Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction activities, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
