Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; full training provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
