Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks on construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.

- Prepare work areas by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome beginners looking to start a career in construction.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must provide your own steel-toed boots.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
