Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and stack materials at job sites efficiently and safely.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide training.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
