Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and marking areas.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically during the Night Shift.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must have a valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
