Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of general labor tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to assist with building and repair tasks.
- Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with their daily tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
