Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and transport them to designated work areas.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Support Trades: Help skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends if required.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
