Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal and site organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and building materials accurately.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess the physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
