Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Experience in construction is a plus but not required.
