Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including digging, lifting, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations and debris removal protocols.
- Follow all project blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions to ensure accurate work.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of tools and machinery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
