Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and deliver them to the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and pallet jacks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform demolition tasks and debris removal as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
