Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material preparation and tool management
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under guidance
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project milestones
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
- Flexibility for 6 AM-4 PM weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong communication skills in English
