Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and HVAC) with various on-site tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints or site plans when necessary.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with quality control checks.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended shifts.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred but not mandatory.
