Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities and setup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload construction materials efficiently and safely.
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- No prior construction experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
