Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and distribution of construction materials and tools.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Support skilled tradespeople by performing physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
