Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and debris from trucks and sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and roofing.
- Perform site cleanup, excavation, and general maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
