Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and irregular hours.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
