Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various aspects of the build.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (jackhammers, saws) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize stockpiles.
- Perform site preparation work, including trenching and grading.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended hours.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
