Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment under the direct supervision of certified operators.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily job duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, concrete finishing, and general cleanup.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical demands.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and estimating quantities.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred, not always required).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
