Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily tasks on active job sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic site preparation duties, including digging and clearing debris.
- Operate hand and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
