Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations and setup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety protocols.
- Assist in excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and general site preparation.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID or driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced foremen.
- No prior construction experience is required for entry-level candidates.
