Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleaning of construction sites daily.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under direct supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
