Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete pouring, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for project execution
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Complete daily timecards and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule with night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
