Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently and safely.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, trenching, and setting up temporary structures.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- General Labor: Perform general physical labor as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and potential overtime.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
