Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely transport and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist Tradespeople: Provide general support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled professionals.
- Operate Basic Equipment: Utilize power tools, hand tools, and small machinery as trained.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Participate in demolition tasks and ensure site cleanup after shifts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over experience; full training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work full-time hours.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel.
