Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) in various construction activities.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using heavy equipment or manual labor.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Completion of a background check and drug screen.
