Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on-site.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under strict supervision.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Support concrete pouring, framing, or finishing operations as directed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for following instructions and measurements.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred for site travel).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
