Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily site operations and tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Prepare job sites by removing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring clean work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform minor cleanup duties and site maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and bending.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior construction experience required; we train the right candidates!
