Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and ensuring safety barriers are in place.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
- Must have valid identification and eligibility to work in the USA.
- Strong desire to learn the construction trade.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
