Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, maintain, and replace residential and commercial plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and providing accurate quotes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage daily schedules and priorities.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
