Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal on site.
- Transport tools and supplies to and from work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, lifting, climbing).
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Strong team player attitude and reliability.
