Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks as directed
- Participate in team-based construction projects on commercial sites
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Complete daily timecards and progress documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 4 AM) in all weather conditions
- Basic literacy and math skills for material measurements
- No experience required – training provided
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment
