Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and demolition tasks under the supervision of skilled foremen.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery, including power saws, drills, and compressors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport materials to and from various job sites using company vehicles or equipment.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by project managers and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow safety protocols.
