Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards (5S compliance).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation duties.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is valued over education).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
