Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and staging areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
