Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial equipment.
- Install and inspect electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layouts.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during the night shift with urgency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
